Amp Power

If i have a class D monoblock amplifier(mtx RFL 300D) and its going to 2 subs rated at 300rms each. how many watts is going to each sub? The amp does either 200 watts at 4 Ohms or 300 watts at 2 Ohms both to one channel.

Assuming the subs are a single 4 ohm voice coil each, then they are each receiving 150w rms of power.
