What are RMS power ratings and voice coil configurations? Eg. dual 2ohm, single 4ohm etc. I could look them up, but am I lazy? Don't get me started.

The pair of subs you listed are Dual-4 ohm voice coil models and are listed to handle 700w RMS total (350w/coil ?)......although you might be best suited to stay far south of their max power ratings......lol

You have 2 main choices:
1) 1 ohm stable Monoblock (700+W RMS @ 1 ohm - also enclosure dependant [sealed/ported] ).
2) 2 ohm stable, bridgeable 2 channel (700+W RMS @ 4ohm MONO - also enclosure dependant [sealed/ported] ).

If you are willing to buy PA subs, why not check out their Amps and see if any fit the guidelines I listed above in #1 or #2 ...and your budget ?

I used your model# to link to them and either you are giving the wrong specs or the wrong model#.

The info I got from what you posted was - DUAL 4 ohm Coils, 700w RMS, 12".

Please clarify and look at this link along with your model# from the first post:
