Actually yea!! I wouldn't have said anything if i hadn't.. I have read a few things on term pro about them. And I have already e-mailed Cactus But thanks for your help. Have you ever had anything repaired by A.R.C ? Jesse's amp's were fixed there and they work fine!

Nate, send it to amp repair centre. im sending my 500.1 there and they use origianal parts to repair. S&S are the most un-reliable bastards and they use cheep parts that they claim to be original but are clearly not.

well....they lie about how long it will take, after a month they tell me they need to order parts from usamps(for my blown 2000x) which turns out to be regular parts from their regular supplier. After another month they tell me theyre still waiting on parts, 2 months later(cuz they ignored my calls til then!) they say its being fixed as we speak and will be ready tomorrow. I show up "tomorrow" to find they havent even touched it and still dont have parts. They ignore my calls for another month then call me to come get it, and decide they want more than they quoted me.

I take the amp home, wire it up...then i turn the deck on and flames shoot from the bottom and i have to cut my cables to stop the fire.

I take it back to s&s and the warranty the work..6 months later i get it back after the same run around and once wired up, it works..for all of 10 minutes before bursting into flames again while im driving and the volume is only loud enough to hear my music.

They refused to warranty it again!!
