$200 minus wiring + 1000Wrms = good luck, unless you find something used. You'd be better off saving some more, make it $250 without wiring, would definitely open up your selection a little bit.

I'm saying, you add in wiring, even if it's only $50, you're still looking at $150 minus shipping etc, so maybe you can push it $120, and you can't buy a decent amp with that output for $120 unless you go used and happen to be lucky enough to find someone giving away a bargin. If you save a little bit more, you'll at least be able to get a decent amp. Just my opinion though, otherwise go with the Legacy, Bass Inferno, or Boss, it doesn't really matter.

A lot of people will bash power acoustik, but in my opinion they make a decent entry level amp. They are overrated, as most cheap amps are, but for the price, I've never had a problem with one. I just installed one in my car, and my biggest issue is that you have to push the wire in a hole to clamp it down. This limits what size of power and ground you can use really. The amp I have, they recommend 4awg, but I can't even fit Power Acoustik 4awg in the hole properly. Plus their dials are cheap and turn too easily imo, but I haven't had any problems with them turning from the bass...yet. Power Acoustik is probably the only cheap amp company I'd recommend, because I've never had or seen any issues with their amps (other than their overrated power outputs), whereas I have seen some bad things with a couple other companies (like Legacy and Boss - when it comes to car audio)

I'm really not against people running cheap amps or brands, I'd be a hypocrite if I was, it's just good advice. Unless you can get a stellar deal on something cheap to make it by while you save up for something better, it's better to just save up the extra $100 or so and find something from a more reliable brand. Not too mention, the higher quality brands 500Wrms will probably be better than the cheap brands 1000W+rms.
