Amp will not turn on after LOTS of troubleshooting

The amp is a Kenwood 9152D monoblock, installed in June. Wiring is 0 gauge to a dist. block with two 4 gauge runs (one for mono, one for front stage). After installing my new comps in the front stage, the 2ch will turn on but the mono will not. The only change i made to the mono was a shorter cable from the dist. block to the amp.

Here's what i have checked:

Grounds OK
New Amp Fuses
Remote OK
Switched power cables from other amp

Is the amp toasted? An internal short perhaps? I'm out of ideas. Any help is appreciated.

Dont take this as insulting, but this is the kind of thing that bites a lot of folks, could you have swapped incoming power + and - on the mono??

other then frying the amp i see 2 possible scenerios

1. fuses blown
2. remote wire

you checked fuses
can you try swapping remote wires from 2ch to mono?

you can determine the problem in less than 2 minutes with a DMM.

put the black wire of the meter on your amps ground, now check both the power wire and the remote turn on, if both have 12V or more the wiring is fine and the amp is boned, if neither has 12V check your ground wire, if one or the other doesn't, check your connections again.

Well it appears the amp is toast. Can it be fixed? Would i be lucky enough to have an internal fuse that needs to be replaced?
