Hey I am looking for an amp that can power 4 kicker solo 15" circles, rms 750 each. Needs to be pushed hard and clean for everyday driving, and nighttime crusing.... looking for a d3? any other recomendations or suggestions!

Orion 2500D.
Tons of power, sexy looks, priced excellent, and a solid performer.

Hmmm.... some here may disagree with me... but I've seen those round solo's in a few different applications...

IMO, they arn't going to handle heavy pounding with 750RMS... I'd aim more for 400RMS....

Of course extra power is never a bad thing... just use some caution....

Haunz i hear what ur saying, i have actually been told by several people to aim for about 600 see i dont stand there and full blast it at a stop light or anytihng.

And yes i am chaning the batteries to go with two otima yellow tops, which is what i had in my old set up. As for the alternator, i will wait till it blows or show sign of burnt spots to get a new rebuilt one. The old set up ran everything fine with a d2.

I am interested in the 1200.1 but finding two of them at a resonable price may be difficult. also cost. same with 2 of the 1200.1

People have recomended that i go with the 3000.1bd or if i want to go in the used cost effcient market go with a used d3. I guess i am stuck with trying differnt things out.

If anyone know of anyone who has 1200.1 (2) of them or d3's for cheap let me know please.

A single 2500D Orion will do the same power if not more, cost a lot less, and have less wiring then the two 1200.1 Kicker's.

Just a thought.
