just picked up a srx 3 on ebay canada
looking at the manual online it shows it will take 4.5 mm power wire which is 8G gauge

any one ever install one to confirm this so i can order some before the amps shows up?

 

If the manual says it will fit, it will fit.
I think you can even put 6ga in there, worst that will happen is you have to trim some strands off

 

it will fit whatever the manual says, and even a little more. it will be hard to source out 6gauge as it is not common, but if you can it would best. the bigger the power wire, the better.

 

i emailed ebay member and he said 4 guage which is what i was hoping, manual said it draws 40amps at full music load

now to order some knukonceptz
