my buddy has a 98 dodge ram single cab , he wants me to make sub box but hes out to sea at work and i cant get to the truck, any one know the maximum width i can build a box? and what about depth,

I have a quad cab now but i did have a reg cab at one time

if you can wait till next week i can measure up my old box from the reg cab when I'm back at my parents place

off the top of my head it was a wedge shaped box something like 4" top and 8" bottom and about 51" wide and 16" tall

but i will confirm next week

thanks i need 4 cubes shouldent be a problem, even thought he wants 6 cubes to run 3 subs

I don't think you're gonna get that much space ...........the box I had was right around 2 cubes internal, only way you're gonna get more is if you make it so you can't move the seats all the way back.
