Hey m3n4ce,

Not sure what you're looking for, but a good start would be these...

Loudspeaker Design Cookbook

Master Handbook of Acoustics

Any MECP study guide (will help with car audio terminologies and basic electronics)

Basic Electronics (DC/AC/IC etc.)

Any book that will explain how to use DMM's/Oscilloscopes/Acoustic measurement tools etc.)

If you're looking to become an installer, or produce your own stuff any of these books are a great start. Also... remember to learn about multiplexing in vehicles... MOST/CAN etc. for newer vehicle integration.

Sorry I'm not adding to this list, but I just wanted to re-enforce that this is a great idea. This summer I'm going to have a lot of spare time to sit down and read while I'm working at my call centre ... wouldn't mind a "Good Read"

Realistically though, maybe printing the pages off the net and creating a "book" of your own OR somehow scanning it or getting it onto a phone or PDA so you can read it (like a book).

Off a couple key sites, you might have all the information in front of you.
However, I know how tempting a single book might be. We'll see where this thread goes.
