ocean machine - biomech is in my opinion the greatest progressive metal album ever.

Anyways some other reccommendations :

New music eh? As much as I hate new rock, I'm really liking Breaking Benjamin and Thornley has me thinking there may still be hope for new rock bands.

As for Rap this month.....I've been listening to alot of MOP.

I also find it interesting to see what others listen too, myself I do old classic rock n rap mostly with a bit of new stuff etc.. I have a hard time finding good new music though, thus the reason for this thread.
