any sugguestion?

recently i was at future shop looking for car system. what i came across was Infinity , MTX and alpine. i dont know which brand is gonna sound good in my car? i mean sound smooth in my car.

for subwooffer the guy recommented me : infinitys

for amp he recommented :alpine

for the speakers :infinitys

any suggestions?
by the way what more can i get for the car to make it sound better and clear rather than just amp, subs and speakers?
thanks

dynamat, properly made sub box, quality headunit, the list goes on.

and you are in kingston, im sure there are lots of shops around.

support your local shops, forget best buy/futureshop. you will have more selection, better long term service, access to higher end products etc.

Ive always like the sound of infinity to be quite honest. And if you are going to use an infinity sub as well as components/speakers, might as well power them with an infinity amp too. Im very neurotic like that though, i hate having a system mixed with different brands lol.

I have lots of options for you, post more info on what vehicle it is you have and what the goals of the new system are.

Take a second to shop around. If you've only gone to one place then there are other options or you.

*my* suggestion.. is to check out Best Buy... go talk to Mike (he's the car audio supervisor) and tell him I sent you.. he'll get you set up.

I'm a big fan of the guys at Best Buy in Kingston... in fact, I just made the 1.5hr drive down there yesterday to visit and buy some xmas presents.

I've been down there twice in the last few months to buy TV's and my surround setup.
