Anybody have experience with Panasonic Sirius radio?

HI guys. My HU is a Panasonic. there is a Sirius Radio hookup kit in the bargain finder for $150, un-used. I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with that at all, and what do you guys think. Thanks all y'all
