I have jsut heard really good things about the IDQ 12 v3's I'm after straight SQ (and a bit of power when I want it) I know 9/10th's of the quality is setup and amps but in teh best conditions in a 2007 jeep compass what would you suggest? I am going horns up front, not sure if usd or ID yet, i've never been able to get as good sound as a set of usd i had around 10 years ago. They are run off a Xtant 4 channel OLD SCHOOL pre mtx)

I have not had a reply on the ID yet but will keep checking for you. Focal and Eclipse are another stunning sub that you may want to consider. I have always had great success with the Eclipse in a small sealed enclosure.

damn, well looking at a rpice range of 200-250 a sub what would you guys buy? I've been out of the loop for far to long to know whats good now for SQ. Focal has some very nice looking stuff, but its 400 a dam sub. Cerwin vega and xtant release their new line this ces though so maybe i'll wait for that (used to have a 18" stroker and loved it) the Xtant cones are made of leather ??!! wierd but original have to wonder about flex
