You can find polyfil at a linen store - just ask for the stuff used to make pillows -- start with a handfull or two per chamber and only add if necessary -- do not use too much

apparently the box is a little small and i was told to add polyfil to make the box seem bigger to the woofers. So i can buy it at walmart? is it expensive? i was told to use 2-2.5 pounds per chamber. its a 5 cf box with dual chambers.each chamber is 2.5cf.is it sold in pounds?

2 pounds is a butt ton of polyfill like 2 or 3 sq feet.... I think someone is full of polyfill

yea it should be available for a buck or two a bag at a sewing store (like he said for pillows and the like) or you can gut an old pillow.

yes but you will have to put mesh on the end of the port so that it doesn't blow out.. although that would be quiet the sight..

you can buy it @ walmart in the fabric department. you can either by it off a roll or you can get it in a package...they know it as "batting"
