Anyone who's running a Clarion amp; I would appreciate your opinion

Thanks for the replies everyone. I ended up letting the auciton go on ebay and decided to stay with my db drive. It was one of those, keep it simple stupid (K.I.S.S.) moments of actualization.
If I do decide to go with a 4 channel amp in the future I'll definately consider the Clarion line.
I guess the next project will be the installation of the xbox and LCD screen into the car... yes, I am saying this in light of my K.I.S.S. comment but we all need our toys .
Thanks again,
Dale.

Once I am done with my current batch of 'side projects', I'll borrow a newer Clarion amp and see what they sound like.
AS for those light pink ones, you'd be stunned at how much McIntosh circuitry was in those. But they were huge..
I was working for Clarion Canada when those were introduced, so I know them, ahem, intimately.

If the newbie may be allowed to reply...
The only thing turning me off of Clarion amps and subs is there use of max power ratings. Just like Kenwood, Sony and the new Rockford Fosgate...
From what I have seen, they advertise most of their gear with max ratings, which can be deceiving to the uninformed. However, I would buy more of their head units or signal processing gear any day...
