Anything else I need?
Hello. I'm wondering if there is anything else I need for the system I am putting together. I'm about to put in a few orders for things to be picked up in the US so I want to be sure that I order everything that I need.
I have: a sub, sub box, sub amp, wiring harness, dash install kit
What I'm going to order: a deck, wiring kit, door speakers
I will be running the door speakers off the head unit. Is there anything that I've missed?
Thanks guys.

The fact that you don't even know what you need is a perfect reason you shouldn't be buying online. Online is for experts like me that do all their own install work, know what they need and want, not worried about warranty issues, and are very familiar with products and online vendors. Do yourself a favour and contact a local shop or one of the vendors on here for good advice and a great package deal. I've seen so many newbies get burned online it brings a tear..just one...to my eye.

But you're right, duties! I'm am definetley worried about that. But I think the items I'm ordering are made in North America. A Eclipse CD5030, Polk db651's, knukonceptz wiring, and a sub grill. If it's made in North America, doesn't it mean no duties? Sorry, I may be misinformed where this stuff is made. I can't or can only find conflicting information about it's origin.

Definitely not made in North America. Not only will you have duty, you will also have both taxes to pay + US $ conversion + no warranty in Canada. Blast me a PM with your parts list and pricing and I will see what I can do for you. Will it be the same, no. Will it have far better service and warranty for you, yes. I know you don't work for free, I would hope that the service I provide to you is worth something.
