im in a little annoying situation with arc audio at the moment... i ordered a pair of rainbow vanadium subs direct from arc audio... i asked them multiple times if they were b-stock, used or refurbished and they said no... once i got them, one was missing all the packaging and had about 10 dents in the center cap...

being the a good company they offered to give me a full refund but seem to be trying to push arc audio products on me as a substitute... the last offer was for the new arc audio extreme subs... do you guys have any info on them or know anything about them?

Why would you be concerned in the first place that they may have been B-stock?

^^ I guess if ur get screwd into paying full price for B-Stock I'd be abit annoyed as well..Alot of customers call us saying " I bought this printer and it had this, this and this already setup", did you pay open box price? Nope Full price brand new... we see this alot from FS just re-packaging things and throwing them on the shelf making it look good as new...So of course ur gonna be concerned if it's B-stock you didn't pay full price for used/refurbed equipment.

In the FS I was at that never happened, why is FS always dragged into this?

^ Because people that don't work there assume they know how it all works there

I can tell you that FS is the ONLY place I have ever worked where NOTHING ever gets repackaged for sale as new...

b/c i was supposed to get a lightly used set from a friend who happens to be an arc distributor and he warned me they might be...

anyways... does anyone know anything about the arc kar extremes? the guys at arc wont tell me anything about them ironically...

yeah, my brother worked there for a few months and said the same thing; they do not sell open boxes as new, they put a sticker that says o.b(open box) on it and discount it 10% or so. I've always found there service to be quite good, and their product warranties excellent.
