Attaching ports together? How to?

Hey guys, I need some extra lenth on my 6" ports. What is the best way to increase the length? Cutting it up and glue/pvc cement everything together or is there another recommended method? My full length port has flares on both ends

Thanks

The proper cement is the right way but I see CA glue, epoxy, silicone, and duct tape all used.

Ok. Thing is though if the ports tubing for both pieces are the exact same size then how can you glue them? There isnt much contact along the rim of the tubing

Me, I would either take a piece of 6" pipe and machine it out to be a coupler or sleeve and cement it over the joint, or I would fibreglass the joint after it was cemented.

You may have decent luck with multiple wraps of duct tape though.

Truly though, I would start with just the flanges and cut the right length of pipe so there is no joint, but that doesn't sound like an option for you.
