Actually the decks are quite nice this year. They offer on board XM adapters and are truly XM ready because all you need to do is purchase the XM Tuner. They are IPOD ready and will charge the IPOD and display the tracks on the headunit screen. In my opinion they are a good bang for the buck.

what exactly is XM???
How are they for SQ? thats kinda what I'm going for. I can't really see them being that great for that, being as cheap as they are. I've only ever had kenwwod decks, my first was a tape player with a disc changer...wasn't the greatest, I then went with the Kenwood 915 exelon(awesome deck, still have it) and curent I have the kenwood 969, it's ok, I like the 915 better.
I'm open for suggestions.

Yeah, I've never really done to much research on decks before...guess it would be good if I did a little bit before deciding what I buy
