Before a post like this gets out of hand, people should understand that Bankruptcy Protection in NO way means they are going bankrupt. A&B Sound IS NOT BANKRUPT, they are NOT going out of business. This is a procedure that almost all companies do when buying a another company (in the states it's called Chapter 11). When a company is sold, creditors(Sony, Alpine, ETC) can get nervous and demand that the company pays what they owe, well if a good number of the companies creditors do this the company might not survive. This protection prohibits these creditors from doing this to A&B Sound while they fix everything that has made the company lose money. Once this protection is "lifted" they still owe their creditors their money and business returns back to normal.
