When money and space is an issue though is it better to add a second battery or a Batcap?

just so you know that 9600amps is like to zero volts...which is a useless rating. And the 1700amps for 5 seconds on the stinger is to like 7.5volts...again not useful at all since you really need to stay above 10volts for car audio

Hey if you have been looking at the Batcaps then you might be intrested in what I have to offer. I'm in the process of coming out with a Canadian version

If you like a this point in time I can custom build you any size " Perfect Cap "

I have built 4 of the 8400 and they are awsome we use them in a customers 12 n/w van with 4 Visonik v4000xd amps and 12 batts by adding in a single 8400 we gain just over 1000watts out of each amp. Yes we use proper fluke clamp and dmm to do these tests.

From various test's a single 8400 is equal to 12 8volt batts or 6 Turbostarts

I can build them any amperage and voltage

I'm also in the process of devolping a under hood battery which will eat up at Hawker 1700 for 12volt applications and daily drivers.

You will find my price much much cheaper then Batcap as these will be built in canada and many diffrent costs are saved.

P.S I can't spell

lauf: I hope these products are released soon, and live up to your discription.

I will be looking for at least 1000amps for 10seconds at 14volts
