Best 4.5" speakers
Hey guys..
So I put a deposit on a car. It's a 1991 Toyota Aristo.. Japaneese import... right hand drive.. Twin Turbo
The car itself I love... One downside about the sound system.
It uses 4" speakers on all four doors.. I have been told that 4.5" speakers will in fact fit. As long as I can hear my music clearly I'll be happy. I am more about SPL than amazing sound quality anyways.
A guy on a aristo forum reccomended these speakers Diamond Audio D641i Component Systems - Car Speakers at Onlinecarstereo.com
They look pretty good.. What do you say about them?
I have a alpine MRP600 that does 100w RMS at 4 ohm a channel, I may have to turn the gain down a little.
Theres a pic of them in a Aristo.

I will probably end up going with those unless I can find a speaker that can handle more power..
If I find the midbass isn't there I just will have to get some midbass drivers in pods... I am sure this will do just fine for now though.
