Pioneer TS-A6981 is the 4-way and TS-A6991 is the 5-way. $79 & $89 US.
I like the 4 way better, but i can't hear over 17k anymore. Too many concerts and car stereos....

I run a bridged GM-5100T (380WRMS) on each 6x9, with a hpf @ 100 Hz

looks good

SoundStream looks good but how do they sound, I have never had any product from them so I don’t know much about it….I also like their new 6x8 that means I would not have to do any mods to replace my factory ones in the back 

First of all are you running them off deck power or running them off an amp or are you going to. If you don't plan on running an amp its useless to buy 6x9's that handle more then 100wmax or 35Wrms as deck power is only 12-20wrms at best. So look for a higher efficent set of speakers vs. more power handling. For this look for a entry level higher end brand as they usually more suited for the application. Otherwise look for a set the matches your amps output or 10-20% + or - So if your amp is 50wrms on each channel look for a 40-60Wrms speaker. Not max but real world power. To just ask what is the best is hard. Because everyone has there favoriates. Infinity, JBL, Eclipse, and MTX make some nice 6x9's. Any budget in mind?

True

This is true smartass, I should have given more info. I would be running these of an amp and they I would also have a set of RF FNQs components in the front with 2 15” HX2. I have never used 6x9 before but I know they give well mid bass with some higher frequencies too. I think is I added them to my set-up I should get a more complete sound. I actually want the best 6x9 and i guess idon't really have a budget....
