best oem sounding speaker?

alright first off my name is billy and i just picked up a coupe, until i get some money i am looking to just get some music going in my car, I have a sony xplode 4 x 50 deck and stock door speakers. but the 6.5's in the back are missing. my fathers friend owns a scrap yard with almost all cars before year 2000. so my question is what would be the best sounding speakers i could get from the scrap yard from a stock car?
thanks, Billy

i don't think many keep the stocks or buy different ones to really know.

i was really happy with my stock sunfire speakers, but they are 6x9's.

if you can find any ford/jbl speakers, they are good, ran a 94 mustang gt with the mach 460 for quite a while with just an added subwoofer and extra tweeters. The stock chrysler/infinity are good as well...used the rear 6x9's in a my system for a few years amped with 100 watts and it played flawlessly even full range with no distortion.

My Chevy Cobalt had pretty good front stock speakers... That being said it's a newer car, not sure if the same could be said for the cavalier?

ok really how good of a stock speaker are you trying to get from a car older than 10 years in a scrapyard? plus seeing as you seem to the freedom to take whichever one you want then why not take an afternoon and go listen to them. your best bet would probably be to take it from the ars that were worth more, or some special editions or something. or just save a couple bucks and go buy one that will probably outperform any speaker you're gonna find

they take all the batteries out of the cars. and i dont feel like wasting $70 on ones when i could put that toward some good ones in the near future
