what would you say is the best starter for under $200.like to get one that can start the car and lock/unlock doors

what kind of car?

Do you want the locking/unlocking function hooked up for the $200 price?

If the car is newer than 95/96 and you need a bypass and you want the door locks to work of the remote you won't find anything installed for under $200.

$200 and a huge christmas presant might get u a little closer to what u want .....$200 yes if u install it yourself
