Cool Better Antenna For XM D.RoadyXT???

I have the "Delphi RoadyXT XM Satellite Radio Receiver" and wanted to know if I could get a better antenna for the car? I live in North York and use it here and downtown, but have been told the reception gets worse around the buildings and what not.

XM apparently has better sound quality than Sirius but XM sounds like 128kbps sound quality or something at times, not "The Best" ...

Suggestions please!!! My antenna currently consists of the small one showed in the pic below, running the unit at the bottom of this thread. Thanks!

I believe there is a antenna booster availible to help bring in the signal, check where you bought the unit or one of the bigger electronics stores that sell satelite radio items

My other question I wanted to ask is there a possibility of the unit (being on the lower end in the XM world) 'causing for less of a clearer reception.

I will look for an antenna booster, thanks.
