bitone.1 question

Hey guys, its been a whil since ive tweaked with my stereo and as usual somthing has to go wrong i decided to do an MDF floor so i can mount a second battery and relocate my bitone.1 so its a bit more visually appealing but since out my floor in my bitone has been cutting off.

I checked the wire connections and they seem to be solid. I was wondering if it could be a fuseing problem? i have my bitone and an audison SRX4 fused together on 1 output from my distro usign a 30amp fuse. I used 30 amp because it was the smallest i could get lol that and my audison amp only has a 15 amp fuse on it lol.

I did realize that my bitone got kinda hot while playing and only seems to cut off when my sub in beig played. Could the fact that its just sitting on MDF wood affect its cooling?

Is it possibble that because i am FINALLY using all 4 channels on my audison amp that its drawing more power and causing the bitone to shut off?

Sorry for the troubles ive just been annoyed by this whole problem and trying to get my system back up to running condition again.

On a side note, ive been debating selling my w7 for a while now, giving the amount of space it takes up in the box (1.75 sq ft in a ported box) would it be benneficial to swap out for 2 12" IDMAX in a sealed box roughly the same size? if anything slightly smaller but ideally about the same size. Probably gunna be runing 750watts RMS to the IDMAX and i listen to hip hop, rap, RNB, dance, dubstep, techno, just about everything except for country lol
