Blade Amps?

My friend's cousin gave him a box full of old car audio stuff. Most of it was crap (pyramids ftw) but one the amps was a "Blade Se152" 3 channel amp. All I've been able to find on it was that it was a Canadian company, but thats about it. Anyone around here know anything about either the amp or the company?

re blade amp

Blade amps are really good amps. That one is i believe rated for 3x50wrms, 3 monoblock amps in one chassis. If you are thinking of selling it, let me know.

Being an "old skooler" I remember Blade amps ads well. Their claim to fame was huge power and very small size. Back then a 1,000 watt amp was usually over 24" long.

blade amps are the schiznitz.... very very good stuff... only amps made that did class d power with a tiny amp with sound quality.... no other amp that i know of does this today. and there amps were,"' nicer looking than most of your girlfriends",!!!!!!!! only problem was marketing... here we have a ton of power in a small and very efficient package and it sounded great. no one had a three hundred watt amp the size of a pack of smokes that was supper efficient and could drive subs mids and tweeters.... to bad they are gone alonge with wavelenth amps another awsome canadian made amp.... dominique used them in his white barretta from audio concepts mobile. deadly stuff..

The se152 is 50w x 2, and 100w x 1. I used one of these amps a long time ago. I wish I never sold it.
