BMF1000D, not reaching potential

Gain is set to minimum and I have been using the PLD1 to adjust the output level. It was initially set up on slave but i have set it to master, 0. Subsonic filter is set to 20hz but it doesn't make a huge difference in output when turned off, and I like to leave it on since it's in a ported box.

I do realize that I am only using half the power (500w) but I think it should still be stronger than what it putting out now. I was only giving it 200w and it was hitting lots harder than it is now.

Thats funny, i have a BMF as well, hooked up to a Quad coil XXX 15, running at 1 ohm, and it moves the sub damn well......4g wire, and an 105 amp alternator and stock battery....80 amp fuse too.....kinda odd, my speaker moves like crazy
