Anyone ever hear of boschman audio before? This is news to me but apparently there pretty good and stack up with focal etc. Just wondering if this is true?

Hell yeah. Check out the blister package the speakers come in. No **** ing around there, pure audiophile.

Anything that advertises max output can pretty much be classified as flea market quality IMO.
