Hey, Im looking at getting a new deck for my car.... 94 civic if that matters. I plan on getting the rear si plastic so I can run the rear speakers and Im going to get a sub in the back.

I dont have a amp yet as I need to grab a few other things. What I want out of this deck basicly is options in case I feel like going crazy with this stuff. Things like bass controll sound levels and what not. My price range is about $200.

There are lots of decks in your price range that'll do what you want. Start by checking out the company web pages for Alpine, Clarion, Kenwood, Sony, etc. This should give you an idea of features and prices.
