The 325i isn't a great performer compared to the 330i. BMW is also restyling the 3-series for 2006 so you'll run into the same issues with the Jetta.

When I was looking for a car in 2003, I looked at BMW & found them to be priced about $10K higher than a comparable Audi. That's why I got my A4!

Go drive it. Way better then an Accord. 330i is a step up in many ways, but who cares. 325i is very nice especially with some options. I use to have a laoded 2000 BMW 328i. Very very nice. Lot's of bolt on mods too. Bolt on is good for leased vehicles!!!

Audi A4 is cheaper. Different handling etc. Awesome in the bad weather and snow. I now drive a 2001.5 Audi A4 1.8T. HUGE trunk. You can easily do two 15" infinite baffle on the rear deck if you're into that sort of thing CAn't do that with a Bleemer.
