Depends on the quarts. And it depends on what type of sound you like. I personally like the CDTs WAY better than Reference quarts.....but I have never heard P or Q series ones.

What do you guys think of the CDT Audio subs? I don't recall anyone talking about them.. Would it be safe to assume and expect the same quality and performance out of them as the components? I'm looking at the HD-1020 model.. it's also on sale.

I realize it was advertising for them in an indirect way but I was hoping for some feedback, really.
I have the older Cambrias in my current car and I like them very much.. can't wait to install these puppies in my new ride.

CDT SUBS.

Well they rock!

For comparisons... the CL series are in comparison to the JL w3. However they require a smaller box and i think they have a tighter response.

The HD's are More along the Lines of the w6v2. Gets pretty damn loud and sounds excellent. The older MS subs were more sq than anything... not a whole lot of output but had excellent tonality and response..

The New Eurosport subs i will have a chance to play with in a week or 2..

Just to let you guys know... their is a Limited edition Carbon Set CDT has made... only 150 sets on the earth and ive managed to get my hands on a set for my personal testing and use....

In a week i will have them in so i will give you guys a lil review on them...... Also will let you know where you can get em

Hey Kriston, can you tell me anything about the box requirements for the HD1020 sub? I can't find any specs on the website. Do you think this sub can handle 760W RMS?

Those can be optioned in from what CDT has told me. Its the only thing about CDT, they have SO many different options I start to loose track.

PS: they are priced very competitively as well... lets say less than the price of the current 2004 CF's and just a tad above the CL's.... will keep you guys posted... the 22nd i will have them in...
