CDT Audio Subwoofer

Hey. What do you guys think of CDTs EF-120 Subwoofer? I know they make good speakers. Anyone know if the sub is good?

I was gonna order a ES-SQ-80 8" woofer to try out since it was pretty cheap with my discount but I never got around to it. I have tried a few component sets and stuff but haven't even talked to anyone who was running CDT subs. You lookin into a SQ setup?

Well, the thing is that I never really heard any audio set ups except one. Theoretically, I know the difference, but I haven't experienced it. I want to have fast, punchy bass that will have no trouble handling 130 - 150 BMP. I think any of the subs can handle that. However I want to have some vibration in the car.

Also, if a SPL setup can handle trance well, then I will consider SPL-oriented subs. Again part of the reason why I am here is to listen to professional advice.

Also, if a sub like a W7 is good overall, then I WILL spend the extra dough on the sub. Perhaps not a W7 but something like W6v2 I don't see a problem buying, new or used, but prefer used. I heard some mixed opinions on the W7s. However most people praise the W6v2s. A 10" or a 12" would definately do.

Also, I'm not a JL Audio fan boy. I hear a lot of good things about RE and people suggesting RE SX series for daily listening. Just suggest anything in the $250-300 range for the sub. Used or new & preferably in box.
