Heard someone even say that the Alpine car doesn't even have a motor ?!!?!? We were watching the demo of the buildup trying to verify that and couldn't. Anyone else hear that ?!?!??
Luv the FOOSE stuff and his show. Got to meet him personally at the CES .......... he signed his poster to my son .......... asked me what my son's fav car was and and drew it on the poster to boot. Hell yeah that's getting framed and hung up!!! Seemed like a real nice guy.
Oh yeah, we took the red eye back to Toronto and I saw Stevie Wonder being escorted right passed our gate. 100% Stevie Wonder with cops all around him.............. nobody even blinked or cared.

Its definately a **** load of work in that alpine demo, I agree with you on some degree duck, that its somewhat played out, but thats for Alpine standards, I havent seen a demo that comes close to it, well maybe the jbl civic it looks like? but thats it really..

What the heck is up with that Metra/Tsunami Civic? Did nobody even think to themselves "Gee this sure does look like a wannabe Alpine demo car. Maybe we shouldn't pick 1) a Civic 2) paint it blue 3) go insane on the airbrushing 4) fiberglass the living snot out of the interior and paint it all and 5)make custom seats. The only thing it doesn't seem to have to copy the Alpine Civic is the center seat. Maybe they decided to forego that one in an effort to distinguish it a 'little' from the Alpine car. I can appreciate the amount of work put into the car but the execution and overall design was a complete waste of time. Should have went in a different direction.
