Cheapest way to get some bass-bazooka tubes or ?

If I wanted to add some bass to a mediocre system, what would be the cheapest way? I have thought of like a 10" sub with a small amp, but what about those bass tubes with a built in amp?
not after really deep bass response with this, just a good "kick"
any help is appreciated!

How much of a "kick" are you planning on achieving? What is your budget?

not looking for major bass, the system would be for a 91 mustang that currently has no system

-Pioneer CD player 4x45w model DEH-P4000

-2 5x7s from ebay-any suggestions? looks like around$ 50us
-2 6.5" door speakers from ebay-any suggestions? looks like around$ 50us
-kicker 4 ch. amp model ix254
obviously, the emphasis is cheap yet decent!

thanx for the help!
