I have a RCMP officer who neglected to bring both of his keys with him. The Nanaimo store installed a Compustar 1WAMS + a PKUCH in a 03 Dodge Ram 1500. We cannot program the PKUCH without his second key. He is heading back home to Hope tonight and he needs someone more local to him to get the balance of this looked after. Should hopefully be as simple as programming the PKUCH with the second key. Let me know if you can help with this please.

OK, the guys at Musicworkx want to rip the entire thing out to ensure that it is installed properly and they want to charge the guy 5 hours of labour for the job. There must be someone who can look after this. Phone number for Boomers anyone?

Thanks Tim, the customer just called and he dropped into a shop, he did not remember the name. The installer there is looking after him and has found the PKUCH to be defective. He is ordering another unit from Staub under warranty and getting the customer looked after. I need to send this guy a case of Bud by the sounds of it. No charge to the customer, outflippinstanding customer service. The same kind of thing that I do here.

 

Should find out who, that deserves a good "well done guy !"
