Clarion DXZ715 vs RF 8250

Hi!

I have the Clarion DXZ715 with the DPH7500z DSP/EQ and was wondering is a switch to the RF 8250 would be a step up in SQ....?

I don't need all the EQ because I leave them flat anyways... And I like a excellent sounding hu without the bling bling....

I would make the switch. I think my 8250 sounds better than my Eclipse 8053(which sounded better to my ears than a clarion 835mp which I used for a few months).
