I bought a used ed sub from Johnny Toronto and it has a few scuff marks on the rubber part of the sub. Sorry I don't know the proper name for it.

I was wondering if there is anything I could use to see if these scuff marks will come out.

PS, I knew these marks were there when I bought it, JT sent me pictures and a perfect description of the sub right from the beginning. A very straight up seller.

What about plain old soap and water? I don't think that would eat into the surroud...

Agreed, all oil based stuff and rubber is a bad combination.

black Tremclad

lol

I'd say armor-all...that's what I use to clean up my old subbox(vinyl) when someone comes to look at it or when it was in my car.
