Component set deal alert.

Future shop has the energy comp set at 30% off today only. You can't get a better comp set for anywhere near this kind of money (90$).

PASMAG liked them alot when they sold for over double the price.

I got my pair open box, 5.25 components. $50 last year. They sounds very nice for the money. Although I would be interested in hearing how the 6.5's sound in the mid bass department. The 5.25's don't have much IMO

^ Agreed. My money would buy the 5.25" comp set and add a decent midbass. It's too bad they never made a 4" comp set. I would have bought a few

Me thinks energy car audio is done.

To bad about the midbase, I bought both the 5 1\4 and the 6 1\2 ... planning to use the 6.5 as dedicated midbase... Guess I might have to rethink that.

I was just checking and the manual has zero information about the cutout for the comp set..or any set actually. Dukk, would you have that by chance?

^Not really,It's the diameter of the whole. But it just dawned on me that they will most likely drop into the standard 5 1\4 cutouts, I have some so I will see if they go right in.
