i dont like the type Rs.... always found them to be way to big to fit properly.. huge magnents for speakers cant even fit them in the doors...


get infinity component kappa's and u'll love them forever.......... with an amp ofcourse

 

^^^^ Agree Infinity make some good speakers i would go for the Infinity Perfect 6.1 6-1/2 Component Speakers theres top reviews on them

 

Ive heard infinitys and the midbass was very lacking. most of the people i have spoken with share the same opinion, although there are people that love them, definitely go out and listen to a set.
I can however, highly recommend the alpine Type X that i have, a little more money, and they dont come in 6x9s though.

elemental designs edi 6500s are nice too, just heard my first set today.
cdt also makes some nice stuff.
