Could someone tune my system please?

Okay I got a alpine type x 12" sub, alpine m1000 amp and a alpine deck, I would love for someone to tune the amp for me as I can't do it myself as I have no clue wtf I am doing, and prefer someone else to do it.
I'll travel anywheres in the GTA..
If you need a few dollars for your time.. so be it.. if not Thanks!

i'll make u a step by step, learning is fun.

- in your head unit (deck), find the sub-level control (its probably where the bass, treble, balance controls are), turn it to 0 (or middle of its range)
- goto the amp make sure the gain is at its lowest, if its not, put it there
- 2 ***** over is the crossover, set it to what you would think is about 80hz on the dial (it goes from 50 to 200 so about 1/3 of the dial probably)
- go back to the deck, play a song with some bass and quite a bit of music as well, turn the volume as high as u like to listen or until the speakers start to distort
- while this is playing, go back to the amp turn the gain up until the sub starts to distort (it will sound like its popping), once it starts to pop, turn it down about 1mm on the dial
- goto your drivers seat, see how it sounds, if u want a little more bass go back to the amp
- then on the dial right beside it is the eq gain, start by giving it +3db (it goes to 12db)
- back to the driver seat, see how it sounds, if u like it, your done, reduce volume, if u want more, repeat the eq gain step

- this could sound complicated. if at any time it sounds like the sub is, overpowering the music, you could lower the crossover from 80 to 70ish, but 80 is pretty standard. or you could turn down the gain a hair

now after the amp is set, if at any time u want to change its volume while your driving, u can just find the sub-level output again in the deck sound options, and raise or lower it

hope u have fun!

definately. even better where you could set the amp at 80 as a backup and just use the control in the deck to turn it lower more conveniently

So I should tune the deck's subwoofer hz to 80hz also you're saying, so deck and amp will be 80

technically you could tune the amps to 200 and set the deck at 80 and it would be like the amp was set at 200. i only said u could have both at 80 because if someone messed with your settings in your deck the amp wouldnt allow it to go higher, as a fail-safe. you could still turn the deck lower to adjust teh sound that would be more then fine.
