I was wondering if ya hook up one 8 ohm sub to an amp then another 8 ohms (coming from two 4 ohm subs in series) to the amp if you will get a 4 ohm load... like in the picture below:

....yep, your diagram is correct, you'll produce a 4 ohm load by connecting them like that. only you're caption is wrong in your diagram, the two 4 ohm subs should be connected in a "series" not parralel, but im sure you know that.

The final load will be 4 ohms, however the two 4 ohm subs will get 1/4 of the available power each, and the single 8 ohm sub will get 1/2 the power.
