I was just wondering if anyone knows of any canadian companys, or just anyone in general who makes custom enclosures, i suck at wood working, plus i need a vented box, and i dont want a prefab.

And i dont want to ship from the states.

Pretty much any specialty retailer will make a custom box for you. Unless you are prepared to pay extra for it, and I mean extra, wait a little bit as it is remote starter season out there and that is what they will be busy doing. So if they quote you high, don't be a bit surprised.
