Damaged Sub

Well I've had my 12" Infinities for 35 days and have already damaged one. There is a hole in the cone about 1" in diameter, i have no idea how that happened. Future shop won't replace it because it is over 30 days. So can it be fixed or replaced or do i live with it or do i buy a new sub? And does Infinity have a phone# Canadians can call?

Thanks

No, i mean a little hole. I'm thinking maybe because it is -30°C.

They are not going to warranty a physically damaged sub.

they do not really warrenty damage inflicted by objects. thats like dropping your new flatscreen when you get out of the store and wanting a refund.

now if the cone shatterd because of the cold i could see you fighiting for a new one.

screw you steve lol for beating me by a min:P jk lol

Haha ya i know what you mean. So the company is the only place that fixes them? I guess i'll have to fix it myself or get a new sub.
