K I THOUGHT I had thoguht of everything But... I have a 18" x 18" x 24" box Using 3/4" material. The sub calls for a 16" port, getting my problem yes i'm an idiot I left only 1 1/4" space behind the port, now I will be double baffling so I'll gain 3/4 of an inch there is that going to be enough??

 

L port. lets say the port is 2 inch wide. well ok make it 2 inch from the back wall and whatever length you need left ... extend it towards the side making an L
