So this Weekend is the swap meet.....If I dont see any subs that I like there I will have to pick something else....probobly from this site. Now I have heard about how Digital Design subs are so loud, and I like loud, but how are they as far as SQ goes? I am only interested in a single 10" or 12", and prefer sealed box (for sq and save space). Does DD have good SQ? I am particularly looking at the 3500a or 3500d series.

Can't really comment on most of thier stuff... but as I recall the linear Xmax of the 9500 series was significantly less then the xmax they listed.....

Best subs I ever owned!

Sq is not bad. SPL obviously is great.

I used to have my 3510's in my car running at 1/2 ohm man did they pound!

The SQ is good. But they need box size to get loud. I through a 3512 in a sealed box and it sounded realy good but 1/4 as loud as when I had it in the larger ported box.

What swap meet?

The swap meet in Red Deer Alberta. There is 2 everyyear, 1 is in may...wich is where I got all of my previous gear. And one is October 16. Basically everyone in alberta goes into a giant building to sell anything they got lying around that has anything to do with cars. Many people have stereo equipment, big block engines...interior pieces, whole cars, performance upgrades. Practically anything to do with a car will be there. I could probobly swing 2.5 ft ported for a single 10 inch...that should be enough no?
