Howdy good sir Kevin.....
I've heard a pair of 2x10" RD Sonances with .75cu feet each sealed (prefab box off ebay for an RX-8) and they sound very, very nice on music. They also got "decently" loud and hit a 138.6db in an IASCA run (trunk) but I'm not sure what freq he was peaking at.
If your trying for SPL I would say look else where but for a daily system they are pretty good.

Haha yeah it's me, I creep the forums a bit, lol.
I was pretty happy with the music on them and this was coming from a RE-Q so my buddy could keep his stock deck......
Here is a little blurb from another site I'm on a lot...
RD SONANCE.......i have a pair 10s in a 2 cuft ported box tuned to 32hz. i also had them in a sealed box............
sealed: it has a very nice flat response. all the way from low to high it plays perfect. by far one of the best sounding subs i've heard in my car (again read the list of subs i've used below). the output is also great for having it in sealed box. sometime i forget that they are sealed.
ported.......now we are talking. these subs just came alive. i mean the output is just too awesome ported. and guess what, it maintained the sq of sealed. i couldn't believe my ears. i practically wet my pants. :-) as some of you know my favorite type of music is hard heavy metal to jonas brothers. it plays all of them perfect. fast kick drums beat the **** out of your head while the soothing sound of bass guitar on jazz music just relaxes you. after a hard days work, i look forward to getting in my car and putting on a song with some smooth bass sounds.
