Deck/Nav Unit

Hey there guys and girls, new to the forum.

I have a 2009 Ford F150 and I was looking at getting a deck and nav unit.

I only want it for the NAV features, I don't need anything fancy, something cheap, I want to be able to change my radio stations, plug my iphone in, blutooth capability, and if Ford SYNC can continue to work that is a bonus. I also want a good NAV interface, not something that is just going to get me lost. Tired of using a GPS or my iPhone.

This is what my current dash looks like.

Now I'm curious, if I put an aftermarket nav setup in, will my SYNC and the screen above showing the time and direction stop working as well?

What unit do you guys recommend? I would also need an aftermarket face plate to fit the unit as well I guess.

Thanks guys!

If one of you has something used I would take it as well.
