Hi, I'm considering either buying the diamond audio s600s hex components or the mb quart qsd 216 component set. Does anyone have experience with either set? The price is similiar for both on ebay, although I can downgrade to the qsc 216 which I am told are nearly identical sound wise to the qsds and save 75$. Any opinions would be appreciated.

 

boy thats a really tough call... i have had both of them in my car! i ran a pair of dynaudio first then changed over to the best jbl had to offer... then i got my quarts and they were by far the most dynamic sounding speaker that i had heard.... ran them for about 2yrs in my car... than i decided to change over to the diamond audio hex and damit if they arnt just as good as the quart.... so close in fact that i have changed my car over to them..... nothing wrong with the quart in fact i love them and so do the judges but time for something new..... as far as which is better................................. only you can say i love my quart but diamond is damn nice... better than that french crap out there...lol serious focal is good quart and diamond far far better.
